Marilyn Bielinksi MA, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS

Hello, my name is Marilyn Bielinski (she/her) and I am a mental health therapist licensed in Ohio and Kentucky as well as a telehealth provider in the state of Florida. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati in 2015 along with my license as a substance use counselor in the same year. I also provide supervision services for both mental health and substance use professionals in Ohio and Kentucky.

I specialize in working with adults and teens with a variety of concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family systems issues, addiction, LGBTQ+ spectrum and life transitions/challenges. I believe that a quality therapeutic relationship is built on trust and authenticity. Therapy is about change, gaining skills, knowledge, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Therapy can be scary, and sometimes down-right challenging work, but I believe that it can also be a fun and very meaningful process. I am certified in Reality Therapy and have had training in a variety of trauma-informed approaches including IFS, DBT, CBT, sensorimotor and somatic therapies, and Mindfulness interventions. I understand how issues from our past and our present can sometimes make it hard to live the lives we want to live.

Outside of therapy I enjoy reading, crochet, hiking, and traveling with family and friends.

Please contact me via email if you would like to schedule a consultation and see if we are a good fit!

I offer individual counseling services in-person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and virtually Monday through Friday.
