Hello! My name is Maria Lucking. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio. I am passionate about and specialize in women's issues. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem / self-worth, perinatal/postpartum concerns, anger management, health and wellness, relationship issues, parenting strategies, and challenges with life transitions (e.g., childbirth, loss of a loved one, ending of relationship, start of new phase of life).  
 

I believe in a collaborative and client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. No matter the challenges you are facing, we will work together to build self-awareness, to develop coping strategies and to foster personal growth. I am dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being by integrating compassionate and evidenced-based interventions. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities specifically tailored to each person I work with. These interventions are combined with down to earth explanations that empower my clients and support their strides toward meaningful growth.

I offer individual counseling services in-person and virtually Monday, Tuesday and Fridays

Self-Pay Rate: $150 per session
